Who we are

Yellowstone Solar Pty Ltd (ABN 63 689 306 410) runs a free solar and battery comparison and referral service. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

Your name, phone, email, address or postcode, property details, energy bills you share, the products you’re interested in, and notes from phone calls and site inspections.

Why we collect it

To understand what you need, compare your options and rebates, prepare your solar plan, arrange a proposal from a solar company, follow up on your experience, and (with your consent) send occasional relevant updates.

Who we share it with

With your consent, we share your details and plan with the solar company or installer preparing your proposal. We may also use service providers such as our CRM and phone systems. We never sell your personal information.

Solar companies

Once a solar company receives your details, they handle them under their own privacy policy. We give you their details when we arrange your proposal.

We store information securely and limit access to people who need it to help you.
